Job Placement

New Orleans Job Placement Assistance

Our New Orleans campus offers local job placement assistance to all graduates. We have achieved a placement rate of over 90% over the last five years.

Our Track Record

We Help Until You Are Hired

Upon graduation, the graduate may report to the job placement office for one-on-one assistance. Our Job Placement Director works very hard to help each student find the job they are looking for.

New Orleans is unlike any other bar market in America. Bourbon Street alone employs thousands of bartenders serving millions of visitors every year. But the real money is in the craft — the French Quarter's historic hotel bars, the Magazine Street neighborhood spots, and the upscale Warehouse District venues where serious cocktail culture thrives.

The Process

How It Works

01

Upon graduation, the graduate reports to the job placement office for one-on-one assistance. Our placement director fills out a graduate profile card capturing your wants and needs.

02

Our placement director determines what type of bar you want to work at, recommends current openings, and calls students with new job openings as they come in to the school.

03

Bar owners and managers regularly call our school when they need a bartender. Our services are free to bars and restaurants — we work hard to help them meet their staffing goals.

04

Whether you want to work at a friendly neighborhood bar or the fanciest hot spot downtown, we'll try hard to find the right bar for you — until you are hired.

New Orleans — Bartending Career Outlook

Trained for the City That Invented the Cocktail

New Orleans is unlike any other bar market in America. Bourbon Street alone employs thousands of bartenders serving millions of visitors every year. But the real money is in the craft — the French Quarter's historic hotel bars, the Magazine Street neighborhood spots, and the upscale Warehouse District venues where serious cocktail culture thrives.

Our program covers the classics New Orleans is famous for — Sazerac, Ramos Gin Fizz, Vieux Carré — alongside 125+ modern cocktails, high-volume speed service for festival crowds, and Louisiana LACT certification. Whether you're targeting Bourbon Street or a Frenchmen Street jazz bar, we prepare you for it all.
