Bartending & Mixology in New Orleans

Comprehensive hands-on training tailored to the New Orleans bar market — craft cocktails, professional bartending duties, alcohol awareness, and customer service.

The Program

Professional Mixology Training

Our Mixology program is designed to provide comprehensive training in all areas of professional bartending. Students learn to mix popular and classic drinks and gain working knowledge of bartending duties, alcohol awareness, and customer service — all hands-on behind a real bar.

Graduates learn to prepare 125 traditional drinks plus the latest trending cocktails. In addition, students earn beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service certifications. The school uses the Anheuser-Busch "Beertender" training program and the Guinness Beer "Perfect Pour" program.

New Orleans is unlike any other bar market in America. Bourbon Street alone employs thousands of bartenders serving millions of visitors every year. But the real money is in the craft — the French Quarter's historic hotel bars, the Magazine Street neighborhood spots, and the upscale Warehouse District venues where serious cocktail culture thrives.
